Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Operation Zero Employees Tools ("OZE Tools") at https://ozetools.automationcart.com, operated by Patric Chan. By using OZE Tools you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

Accounts are provided to members. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Access, credits and payments

• Access to individual tools is granted by your membership or by an administrator.
• AI-powered tools consume credits from your account balance. Additional credits can be purchased; purchases are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering, overloading the service, or using it for unlawful content.

4. Connected third-party accounts

Social Command Center lets you connect your own TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts using each platform's official authorization. The connection is read-only: we display your own profile and content analytics to you and never publish or act on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms (including the TikTok Terms of Service). You may disconnect at any time.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you enter and results generated for you. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you.

6. AI output

AI-generated results may be inaccurate. Review them before relying on them; they are not professional, legal or financial advice.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do.
