Privacy Policy

Operation Zero Employees Tools ("OZE Tools", "we", "us") is operated by Patric Chan and available at https://ozetools.automationcart.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address and password (stored securely as a hash).
  • Content you enter into our tools, such as prompts, business details, invoices and generated results.
  • Usage and billing records: credits used per tool and credit top-up purchases (payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers).
  • Connected social account data, only when you choose to connect an account in Social Command Center (see section 3).

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate and secure the tools you have access to.
  • To display analytics and insights to you about your own content.
  • To calculate credit usage and process purchases.
  • To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Connected social accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Social Command Center lets you connect your own social accounts through each platform's official login (for TikTok, TikTok Login Kit). You authorize the connection yourself on the platform's consent screen and can revoke it at any time.

For TikTok we request only these read-only permissions:

  • user.info.basic — your display name, avatar and open ID, to identify the connected account.
  • user.info.stats — follower, following, like and video counts, to show your account growth.
  • video.list — your public videos and their view, like, comment and share counts, to show performance trends.

This data is shown only to you, inside your private dashboard. We never post, edit, delete or message on your behalf, and we never share platform data with third parties. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest on our servers and are never sent to your browser.

Aggregated metrics may be sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate the insights you request. They are not used to train models.

4. Data retention and deletion

You can disconnect any social account at any time from Social Command Center → Settings, which immediately deletes its stored access token and cached data. You can also revoke access from the platform itself (for TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions). To delete your entire OZE Tools account and all associated data, contact us at the address below and we will complete deletion within 30 days.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level access controls so each user can access only their own records.

6. Children

OZE Tools is not intended for anyone under 18.

7. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
